Kurt completed his undergraduate studies
at Calvin College and went on to graduate from the University of Michigan with a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering majoring in Control Theory. He was a professor at Calvin College briefly before joining
Prince Corporation. Kurt's original inventions have earned him more than 15 different design patents. His patents cover both hardware and software disciplines. In 1999, he started X-ID Engineering. TWISThink
bought X-ID where Kurt now leads the electronics team. Kurt enjoys boating with his wife and three children.
