Tom Arnold was added to the board in May 2001. Based on his depth of experience in starting and managing successful technology service companies he was an obvious addition to the team. Tom founded and ran Stearman Technology Group, a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) implementation firm dedicated to providing best practice services for the Clarify CRM suite of products. In just 18 months, his company landed blue-chip customers including GE, Motorola, Sprint, and Tellabs.

In June 1999, Stearman Technology Group was sold to Oxford Global Resources to jump-start their CRM efforts. Prior to that, Mr. Arnold opened and managed the Central US operations for Clarify, a leading provider of CRM and billing solutions, where he grew the region's revenue from zero to $45 million. Mr. Arnold also served as regional director for Cadence Design Systems, where he oversaw a workforce of more than 120 employees and revenues of more than $70 million.

Tom was recently announced as the CEO of Automated Document Exchange Services, Inc. ADEXS. ADEXS, based in Chicago, provides a comprehensive service that enables companies to electronically exchange commerce-related documents.
